DACA Extension Processing Times

USCIS’s stated goal is to process DACA renewal requests within 120 days. Applicants who have submitted DACA extensions should see their applications adjudicated within this timeframe.

If a request has been pending more than 105 days and USCIS has not responded, DACA applicants are encouraged to contact USCIS through their USCIS online account inbox at www.uscis.gov.

If you need assistance with applying for DACA for the first-time or with the extension or renewal of an existing DACA application, please contact our office in Rancho Cucamonga. Immigration Lawyer Ted Huang serves the cities of Rancho Cucamonga, Fontana, Ontario and surrounding communities in the Inland Empire.
