Expanded Eligibility for I-601A Provisional Unlawful Presence Waiver

USCIS is providing additional information regarding the Expanded Eligibility for Provisional Unlawful Presence Waiver Process. On Tuesday, Sept. 20 from 11am – 12:30 p.m. USCIS will discuss the final rule expanding eligibility for the provisional unlawful presence waiver process.

The rule, which became effective on Aug. 29, 2016, expands the eligibility for a provisional waiver to foreign nationals who meet certain requirements. During the webinar, USCIS provisional waiver experts will provide an overview of the final rule, who it applies to and answer general questions.

USCIS will not answer case specific questions. If you or a loved one is undocumented and looking for immigration relief, please contact Inland Empire immigration attorney Ted Huang for a consultation.
