T and U Visas Help

On Wednesday, September 21, 2016, USCIS is providing a free webinar on T and U visas and the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA). These forms of immigration relief are for victims for human trafficking, domestic violence and other serious crimes. Individuals who are undocumented or who have overstayed their visa and are victims of these types of crimes may be eligible for immigration benefits which can improve their immigration outlook.

Representatives from the USCIS's Vermont Service Center will provide an overview of:

  • T and U visa eligibility requirements

  • Law enforcement certification

  • VAWA eligibility requirements

To register online, click here. If you are a victim of violence or human trafficking and would like immigration assistance, please contact me, immigration lawyer Ted Huang at the contact information on this page.
