USCIS Using Twitter
USCIS is now using Twitter to communicate with customers and stakeholders. Once a month, USCIS customer service staff will be available on Twitter (@USCIS) to answer questions about USCIS processes and procedures, such as how to check case status and where to find specific forms and information about fees, green cards and visas. The next Twitter Office Hours will be tomorrow, Tuesday, August 23, from 2 to 3 p.m. (Eastern). It's great to see USCIS reaching out to applicants and beneficiaries seeking to obtain immigration benefits such as permanent residency, H-1B or L-1 work permits, asylum and DACA.
